About the event
Monthly meeting of local chapter of national non-profit 501-3C which makes blankets for children and donate those blankets in the community. Drop off your finished blankets, donations of fabric, fleece or yarn. See the blankets that are donated and help sew Project Linus label on each blanket before being donated. Meet the volunteers. There is always a way you can help. Stay for as long as you want or for the entire meeting.
PAPER PIECING CLASS
We will be having paper piecing classes!!
For a limited time, the pattern is FREE on the national Project Linus Website. Go to

to get the free pattern for the paper piecing quilt you will learn to make. Classes are free!!
Classes for this will be in June and July.
4 printed pattern blocks will be provided to each person doing the class.
Bring your sewing machine & cutting tools and your copy of the pattern and fabric of your choice if you wish. Scrap fabric will be available to learn how to do this technique
